Biography
Rodkey Craighead, Jr. was the father of four, who received his JD Degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 1979, and his B.A. Degree from Valparaiso University in 1971. He was an honorably discharged veteran. Attorney Craighead's professional associations include the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL); New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NHACDL); New Hampshire Association for Justice (NHAJ); Member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and Manchester Bar Association; admitted to practice in all New Hampshire State Courts, United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Boston, Massachusetts.
Attorney Craighead's focus was primarily in the area of criminal defense (felony and misdemeanor), motor vehicle offenses, D.W.I. defense, forfeiture actions as well as civil and divorce litigation.
Rodkey passed away on May 17, 2017. He is greatly missed but his spirit lives on at the firm.
